I think our center could commit to bring in, for that day, about 4-5 
computers with 1-2 8-port switches + 1 IDE CD Writer, 1 SCSI CD Writer 
(4x) and 1 USB CD Writer, 1 Notebook, 1 video projector and one standing 
screen.

Maybe a mix of both : free stuff (good to attract people when you 
advertise) and symbolic prices for the more interested people.

Free stuf could be something like : free CDs to the first 100 persons, 
or free stuff as prizes for small competitions like Questions and 
answers. You gather people, ask questions, select at random one person 
to answer and then if the answer is correct give a prize.
