To Clarify:
We have two (2) shrink-wrapped packages.

One is pretty much just a directory of product information.  It's a nifty little
compilation of data.  It's _FREE_.  I think they make up the money
in advertising.

The second involves a great deal of custom/automation/value-added work,
which we allows users to edit and manipulate to create orders.  We charge
for this second one.

If one of the McGraw-Hillians who left the fold would like to
comment  for a balance perspective, that might be nice.

Apparently, my communication skills leave much to be desired.
