I'll be presenting my talk "Magic Pixie Dust: Improving the pace of software delivery through people" next Tuesday, Nov. 22nd at XPWest Michigan.  My colleague, Karlin Fox, will be presenting on a systems test framework in ruby.  The meeting runs 6:00-8:00PM.
