The following message bounced because (due to the acquisition Matt refers to below) Matt was sending his email from a new email address (Matthew.Heusser at 2020.net) rather than the address that was on the mailing list (his old McGraw Hill address).  So, I've forwarded the message to the list.  Also, Matt, I've taken the liberty of switching your email address on both the "announce" and discussion lists.
Here's Matt's original message:

Folks:

  As some of you may know, the last PM meeting was botched.  The 
president
couldn't make it, so I was supposed to take the VideoTape to the Perl
Mongers meeting.

   Then I got bought.  (Er ... , CAP, A division of McGraw-Hill, was
purchased by 20/20 technologies, inc,
a Canadian Software Firm.)

   So, someone came over here to pick up the tape.  Because I was in 
the
Employee Orientation, I left the tape with the receptionist.  Only, SHE
went to the employee orientation about 15 minutes later.

   So, do you guys want to wait an entire month until the next meeting, 
or
just call it a do-over and have one sooner?

   BTW, my honest apologies on not getting the tape to the meeting.  I 
feel
terrible about it - I did have permission to leave to go to the meeting 
...
then, thursday night, my manager found out that I didn't really have
permission anymore.  And he couldn't tell me until Friday morning at 
10:30
...
