No Formal GR.pm Meeting Friday, Sept. 29th - But Please Read Whole Message

Sorry for the very late notice.  There's no GR.pm meeting tomorrow on
account of no presentation.  We asked around a little, but no one's
prepared to present on a topic.  As many of us saw last month,
presentation topics don't have to be anything especially fancy.  Paul
Tjapkes took a relatively ordinary topic (i.e.- variable scope rules in
Perl) and turned it into an engaging presentation that I think everyone
learned something from.  So if there's any facet of Perl (a module, an
aspect of the language, whatever) you'd be willing to talk about, I'm
sure the group would love to hear it.

That said, there's no reason GR.pm'ers can't have a social get-together
tomorrow at lunch.  However, I know that I and few others in the group
won't be able to make it because of another event that's happening
tomorrow.

If it'll help, I'll pick a venue:  Bill's Family Restaurant on Michigan
near Fuller.

(OK, that was really a joke.)
Seriously, I urge anyone who's interested in a social get-together to
chat about it on the grand-rapids-pm-list at hfb.pm.org list.
