[Fleet-pm] Finally, the website is live.

After some fun with the DNS ( https://github.com/perlorg/www.pm.org/pull/53
), http://fleet.pm.org now points to GitHub Pages and everything works.

One thing the site is missing however, is a favicon. Does anyone have any
suggestions for summing up Perl in Fleet in just 256 pixels? :-P
