[Edinburgh-pm] Who rules the roost

Hello to the Edinburgh Collective,

I was hoping to find out who you have as current ruler-in-residence, or 
democratically-forced-into-doing-it leader?

I have a question or two. If however you are a true Scottish Socialist 
Collective then I will happily address you all, though maybe we need a 
secret rock to hide communication under as there may be sassenachs 
a-lurking in their skiddies amongst the sgudal.
