[Edinburgh-pm] Emergency social

Hi, everyone.

Chia-Liang Kao (responsible for SVK, among other things) is going to be
in town for a little while later this month.  Since his visit won't
coincide with our regularly-scheduled meetings, I thought it would be
good to throw an additional "emergency" social meeting.

I suggest:

  Thursday March 22nd at 19:30
  Guildford Arms, West Register Street
