[Dub-pm] active or inactive?

Hi Matthew,

Dublin.pm hasn't been active for about 3 years now, mainly due to my
getting a new, non-perl-related job and suddenly having zero time. I'm
very interested in having someone else work the levers if they're into
running the group. :-)
