   - Will 'The Chill' Braswell will be joining us to talk about Perl 11 as
   part of our open discussion, hosted tonight by John Dexter.
   - We've opened the #dfw.pm channel on irc.perl.org if you want to
   interact with us via IRC.  We'll probably continue to do this in the future
   if we find that it is helpful to others.  We're grateful to MST and
   shadowcat.co.uk for running the IRC server.
