*        At least 4 years' experience with Perl ( Experience with Plack and/or Mojolicious preferred)
*        At least 4 years' experience with relational databases (MySQL preferred)
*        At least 2 years with caching approaches and technologies (Memcached, CouchBase)
*        At least 2 years' experience building XML, SOAP or REST based web services (SOA style services)
*        At least 2 years of experience working with Linux environment
*        Familiarity with webservers (Apache, NginX, Starman)
*        Familiarity with Non-SQL approaches and technologies
*        Experience with TDD and Continuous Integration is a nice to have
*        Experience working with external clients and cross-functional, matrixed organizations
