?Join us August 9th at 12:00 noon at B112, Sarvodaya Enclave Near IIT
delhi, Hauz khas Delhi for an afternoon of hacking on open source Instant
Answers for DuckDuckGo and Come out to meet other developers and hack
search engine results.

what We will be doing and introducing people with new hacks in search
engine and helping them in making a new Instant answer on their credit name.
This instant Answer will help different people and community around the
world, what they want most from a search engine.So idea is like "what
Search engine is still missing"

For virtual machine of duckduckgo, Virtual box and vagrant can be used.We
can install duckpan server package on Mac/Linux(Ubuntu) machine also. Below

I am facing issues launching terminal in Cordio env. Have done multiple trails in Last 2-3 days no success same message always. Is there any place where I can ask for technical help. Please attached error message at the bottom of the screen shot.

As per screenshots it is due you didn't complete the below link process;
one of my friend face same problem and you need to click on two link after
completetion of codio and github and fork project.

I would like to know in pattern matching when I am giving this to search in
a big sequence file of "acgt"(around millions of character)

*$dna =  gg+[actg]{1,7}gg+[agct]{1,7}gg+[agct]{1,7}gg+*

*$longprotein1 =~ /(\w)*?$dna/g    .... ( for position for particular
match)*

So it is gonna give me all possible matches. Suppose I get like 100's of
matches, I would like to know all those 100 matches. Eg. What is my 51st
search and how many characters are there in it etc.

Could you please help me through this? My research is related to genetic
causes of cancer and I need this information very urgently. Lots of work is
in abeyance due to this problem.

I think that you are taking entirely the wrong approach to the problem, and
it would help if you stated your requirements up-front rather than
presenting something that will very likely not work.

* Are you even able to run your regex pattern-matching against a string of
"around millions of character"? In any reasonable amount of time, and with
reasonable resources?

* Even assuming that the above would work, did you try searching Google for
a solution to your issue:

Hi,

This is a totally cool problem.
I want to simply the problem into smaller problems. Is it possible to do
this, one pattern at a time ?

I think we are looking for patterns separated by gg+. So should we simply

@patterns = split /gg+/, $dna

We can now iterate through @patterns, find the 51st occurrence of "agct"
etc.

Is this what you were looking for ?
