For those of you who get the Perl Journal and do not keep up with 
perl happenings, TPJ is in toss-up status.  Earthlink laid off 
a lot of people and there is a chance TPJ will cease from 
publication at this time.

http://use.perl.org/ has some discussion about it, but not 
anything particularly recent.

Someone said that they would be offering the Linux Journal free for 
6 months to existing TPJ subscribers, but that hasn't been verified
or actually 'happened' yet.  It could just be a rumor.
