I've been using it to track when monthly meetings were supposed to take place and as a sort of advertisement that the group exists. Last month, the very gracious donation of paying for the group expired, so I took over the payment of the group for a month. In looking through the features that Meetup provides, I don't feel as though the price, which is $28/month, is worth what relatively small value we get from having it. After talking about it at the last meeting, I've decided to not renew the subscription when it comes due in a couple days. I am not sure what will happen to the Meetup.com group, but the actual meetings will continue to happen. I am open to discussion about this if anyone has anything they would like to say about it. -Jon Gentle
