[Chicago-talk] Using Perl to sync omxplayer to Blink Tape LED lights

I have been having fun playing around with Device::BlinkyTape to control
these LED lights. I am now looking for a way to sync the lights to music
played by omxplayer. If anyone has any idea on where to start such advice
would be greatly appreciated as I am unsure.
