[Chicago-talk] IO::Pty

I'm using ActiveState Perl V5.16.3 (64bit) on Windows 7. I just 
downloaded a module Net::SFTP::Foreign using the ActivePerl PPM (perl 
package manager). That is ok.
When I tried using the module, it requires IO::Pty which isn't 
installed. Looked through the repository at
http://ppm4.activestate.com/MSWin32-x64/5.16/1604/package.xml but 
IO::Pty is not there.
Is there an alternate Repository where I can find IO::Pty ?
