[Chicago-talk] OT Credit Card Payments

I am looking at various credit card payments modules Business-CreditCard-0.33, Business-OnlinePayment-2.01and Business::PayPal. Does anyone know if any of these modules will allow me to defer a portion of payment to a 3rd party such as a charity. So that the users card is charged x amount and then y amount which goes directly to a charity?
