[Chicago-talk] CPAN Upload: L/LE/LEMBARK/FindBin-libs-1.07.tar.gz (fwd)

Fixes a but on RHEL-4.0 ($FindBin::Bin has a trailing '/'),
adds a "deubg" switch to the import that sets $DB::single=1
to avoid people's having to mangle the module code to trace
what it does.
