[Chicago-talk] Possibly the shortest module on CPAN

Two autoloads and a destroy [in a pear treeeeeeeee].

Makes life easier for anyone who has to deal
with bulky constructors in heavily-forked
environments (read: Apache). The second
autoload does the real magic.

Any suggestions on the POD appreciated.
