[Chicago-talk] OT: meta tags

The template you're using for the site (something from Network
Solutions, it looks like) is using html frames to control the
layout/organization of the site. If you view the source of
/pages/1/index.htm, you'll see:

<frameset rows="*,59" border="0" framespacing="0" cols="*" frameborder="NO">
  <frame src="page1.html?refresh=1116247601230" name="content"
marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" noresize frameborder="NO">
  <frame src="footer.htm" name="footer" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0"
noresize frameborder="NO" scrolling="NO">
</frameset>

Frames are icky (tm). They're not search engine friendly, either. You
can help the search bots index your pages by adding some content within
the <noframes></noframes> tags but it's not the best solution.
