I'm glad to hear it :) The code [1] you sent to the list was attempting to 
use a variable ($oResult) which was not declared, so I assumed that
you didn't have strict on. 

As for #2 and #3 I can't help you. All I can say is WWW::Search::Ebay works
as advertised for me.
