Yeah, probably.  We can ask the bartender.

Which reminds me; last month the bartender at Coogan's gave notice that he
wouldn't be able/willing to turn down the stereo in the back room anymore.
It might depend on crowd capacity - he was implying that business was
picking up on Mondays, and I believe that the problem is that you can't
turn down the volume in the room without turning down the volume for the
entire back area.
