Well, if we can provide our own projector, maybe there's a place that
has a decent space to project on to (e.g., a wall :-).  I can't
remember the details of these places enough to say.  I'd be surprised
if anyone has a projector.  Maybe another option is to do it on campus
somewhere and order in pizza :-).  (Semi-facetious -- that could
probably be worked out if we really desired.)
