[CMI.PM] I've got a topic if you've got a venue!

Okay, so there wasn't much love for the venue of Espresso Royale that I picked 
last time around.  I've got a little talk on AJAX and Perl that I'd be happy 
to give if anybody wants to pick a venue.  A projector would be nice.

Maybe someone else could give a talk as well.  We're well past due it seems.
