Howdy folks. I bet some of you didn't know that in addition to being a
super-geeky perler that I'm also a super-geeky Kubuntuer. I'm actually the
MASTER RULER (self-given title) of the Illinois Ubuntu group.

I'm considering having a three-part Software Freedom Day (Sept. 15th) even
this year where we would do the following:
1) Distribute branded Free Software discs
2) Explain to folks what exactly Free Software is
3) Party a bit to celebrate our softwarey liberation.

I've been trying to poll System76 to see if they might be interested in
helping us with some stuff (or money) for the event(s). Are any of you
interested in participating in this? Much thanks!
