[Brisbane-pm] Regex Syntax 2

Thanks for your replies.

Getting rid of the $1, $2 stuff helps a lot.

I had also spotted the 'bug' when the hours:minute:time was missing,  
but I've got a bit a simple logic to get round it (set $hours = 0,  
and $rain = $time).

I think that's enough to keep me going for now.
