[Boulder.pm] Txt 2 html

  Anyone know a good parser I can pipe text through in order to give html
output?  I found "txt2html" but it appears very old and failing to install
correctly.  I have a perl script which outputs text and I want to run it as
a CGI on a web server but can't re-write it yet to format properly (
there's leading spaces used for breaking blocks, etc ).
