[Boulder.pm] laptop harddrive is not spinning

Does anyone have a recommendation of where to take a harddrive for data
recovery. A friend's laptop harddrive has bit the dust and won't spin
up. If it makes a difference, it is a Toshiba drive in a Dell laptop.
 
In Boulder area would be ideal, but Denver area will do.
