Much like regular golf played with special frisbees (not an absolute
requirement).  You've got courses with holes (baskets with chains), tees
and pars.  There are often water hazards etc. as well, though certainly
not as much at the South Boulder Rec Center course as at some other.
Noticeably more laid back than golf and with a lower minimum investment
(got a disc?).
