I can imagine, based on the cloud cover, that it may rain.
I can also imagine that it might clear up entirely.
I'm going off-line now for the afternoon, so here's the answer

Yes, it's still on.

Rain or shine, I'll be outside the Wild Oats at Baseline and
Broadway at 5:30 tonight.  Depending on the weather and peoples'
inclinations, we can change our plans, if necessary, to just sitting
and talking somewhere.
