[Bend-pm] April meeting

Would you guys still like me to present my DVR thing? I can make the 
talk as technical as you'd like... and cover a wide amount of topics, or 
narrow down to something: perl, video, web application side, javascript, 
remote APIs for scheduling and show/image data, etc.
