I'm proposing that we have a code review night on Monday 19th April. I haven't made this the second Monday in the month because of Easter. Let me know if you're interested - and I'll find somewhere to hold the meeting. Any perl users in the Dublin, Ireland area (And beyond!) are invited to join. Details, and mailing list information are available on the (bare-bones!) Dublin.pm website at http://dublin.pm.org. Although this incarnation is in its initial stages, we hope to arrange f2f meetings in the near future, and also hope to attend YAPC::Europe as a user group later this year. More on this onlist. Any comment, suggestions, questions, etc. are welcome at the address above Many thanks to Fergal Daly for graciously allowing Dublin.pm to fall to me to tame, and Dave Cross for getting stuff set up. - DoC -- Dave O Connor Systems Administrator V O X P I L O T +353 1 209 1919 _______________________________________________ Members mailing list Members@lists.sage-ie.org http://lists.sage-ie.org/mailman/listinfo/members -- -simonm (E: simon@asidua.com W: +44 28 9072 5060 M: +44 7710 836915) What do you mean Dilbert isn't real? -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed... It would be good, if you are planning on attending, to put something on the wiki. Also, if you are planning on speaking to put something up about the proposed talk on the talk proposals page. I would like the wiki to be active right up to the start of the conference. It started really well but I notice that it has had fewer changes lately. Today I want to start putting together our YAPC crew :) So, if you are planning on attending and our willing to help out as part of Belfast.pm at the conference please let me know. I am looking for people to help out with things like the technical aspects (wires, wireless, plugs, computers etc), the registration and health & safety. I also need to know if there are people who are willing to help with the understanding that they may not get to hear all the talks. I know the conference is still a while away but I assuming that people will need to book time off work to attend. For those of you who don't wish to or are unable to help during the conference there will be lots to do before it :) -- Karen From schwern at pobox.com Fri Apr 9 13:46:17 2004 From: schwern at pobox.com (schwern@pobox.com) Date: Mon Aug 2 21:24:19 2004 Subject: [Belfast-pm] Call for Bodies In-Reply-To: <20040409180653.GD24700@soto.kasei.com>; from karen@martian.org on Fri, Apr 09, 2004 at 07:06:53PM +0100 References: <20040409180653.GD24700@soto.kasei.com> Message-ID: <20040409144617.A22026@magnonel.guild.net> On Fri, Apr 09, 2004 at 07:06:53PM +0100, Karen Pauley wrote: > So, if you are planning on attending and our willing to help out as part > of Belfast.pm at the conference please let me know. However, as this was part of North Street Arcade this won't be possible. I don't know yet how badly the office has been damaged. I do know that it is one of the few parts of the arcade that wasn't completely gutted in the fire. I was considering looking for another venue but at this point I don't believe that I'm going to be able to attend as I have a lot more to do today that I thought I was going to have. I'll reschedule the meeting later on in the week. All the best, Karen
