Hmm, perhaps it becomes a pound an hour when you've been there a while.
I parked in it all day Friday and it cost me a tenner from 9:10 ish 'til
about 5:25 ish.  I have to admit I only looked at the lower end of the
chart since I'd been there a while and from memory it was incrementing
in one pound per hour increments.

All of which is irrelevant if you aren't staying all day. Doh! See me
waffle and squirm.
