If you book it early enough and are flexible about when you travel you
can potentially get a flight for about 60 euro + tax one way.  More
popular flights are more expensive and it gets dearer if you book closer
to when you want to leave.  Crazy airlines run by crazy millionaires++
indeed, although I suspect that's what we call a loss leader.

I'm looking forward to seeing you. I seem to remember that I drank more
of the whiskey milkshake than you did. But, as Marc has said,
unfortunately that fine eatery is now out of business.
