Module list for authors

Does anyone know where I can get an up-to-date list of the CPAN modules
written by an author? I tried the modules list from CPAN 
(02packages.details.txt.gz) but it's rarely updated, and is often given
incorrect information, such as reducing the version numbers of modules.

So can anyone suggest a better alternative, or will I need to write 
something to query CPAN for it?
