How do you cope with people in the banking industry who think that because
they are managing a department they are your boss and can tell you what to
do?

I dont seem to find this elsewhere.

I once tried to explain the facts of life to the person concerned and he
told me not to be so defensive! Wanker.

Hello. I am hoping someone here knows where I can obtain complete a list of TMA codes in machine-readable format.

I have a small sample:
