[Bangalore-pm] List Moderator and Organizing Group

Hey Everybody,

We need to make sure someone active in Current Perl Mongers needs to take
over the list moderator role, currently Abhishek Jain is the moderator for
the group, He's done a tremendous job so far. I'm not sure how this is
going to work, I vote that Saravanan take this over.
