[baltimorepm] SOAP client help needed

All,

I need some assistance with (what should be) a simple SOAP client to pass
purchase and credit card info to a SOAP server and get back a yes/no/whynot
response.  

The existing store system makes all the needed data available and 
can process the response, I've never done a SOAP client and for the life of
me just can't get the data to process at the other end.

Compensation available - a little holiday money.
