I think it went okay ... The Baltimore crowd might've been a little
under-represented. John took notes, but the basic synopsis was:

aiming for May 2012-ish. (exact date may be dependent on what location we can get)
regional in scope, no special theme.
Aiming for 50-100 people over 2 days.

we discussed the advantages of free vs. at least a token cost, and I think
token cost won out (so we don't have lots of people book to where we're
turning people away, but then they never show)

Maybe an option for people to volunteer the day of, and/or a lower cost
	for students and the unemployed.

...

And we have to try to find a location and get things locked down by the
Pittsburg workshop so we can announce it, try to get sponsors, etc.

We talked about trying to keep it accessible to public transit, and places
where it wouldn't be too expensive to host. And to have it so the sponsors
organize things, rather than promise us money that we then have to front
if they back out.

On the bad note ... all of the taps weren't working, so they didn't
have anything on draft. But the food was good.

And I don't think a conference call would've worked ... too much
background noise, etc.
