[baltimorepm] IRC DCBPW Planning Meeting

I know a few Baltimore folks missed out on the original planning
meeting in July.  We're having a virtual meeting this month due to
travel/vacations/families on IRC.

Details:
  When: Tonight, August 10th, 8PM EDT
  Where:  #dcbpw on irc.perl.org

We will be creating a TODO List and doling out tasks to folks.  This
is only for people who'd like to be Tier 1 Organizers.  If you want to
help, but don't have the resources/time to participate in monthly
organizational meetings, no harm, no foul.  We'll have other things we
need as we draw closer and there will be a plethora of tasks on the
day of to fulfill your desire for community service!

Again, if you'd like to be involved, tonight, IRC.  If not, I'll be
providing the group with updates on the proceedings at our monthly
meetings!
