APM: Location, location, location

Hi,

It appears that ARL is getting much stricter about outside
groups meeting here.  According to a notice on the CACTUS
officer list, ARL will no longer provide projectors or other
resources to external groups.  I'm not sure what all that
entails.  They pretty much have to do it, though, to be
compliant with certain rules.

Although they will still let us meet, I get the feeling that ARL
is a bit edgy about doing so.  I'm wondering if it might just be
easier to find a different location where we don't have to walk
on eggshells.

What do y'all think?  Would gNumber or ServerGraph be willing to
host meetings again?  Any other location suggestions?
