Senior Software Test Developer Location


Senior Software Test Developers are members of the Product Verification
team. They write manual test plans, perform manual test execution,
design and develop automated test cases, run performance tests, and
assist developers to isolate and debug product defects. They review
product documentation. They configure and administer the test lab. They
provide mentoring and training to Software Test Developers. They
interact closely with individual developers, the Verification Lead for
the product, and the Product Verification Manager. 


Assist the Verification Lead to write test plans for product releases.
Perform manual test execution.
Design and develop automated test cases.
Run performance tests.
Review product documentation.
Configure and administer the test lab
Provide mentoring and training to Software Test Developers


Minimum of Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
3-5 years experience testing software or hardware
Must have excellent attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
Experience testing distributed applications
Experience writing automated tests using Java/JavaScript, Perl, or GUI test automation tools desirable.
Experience installing, configuring, and administering Windows and Unix systems in a TCP/IP networked environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
