Support Engineer
Location: Austin, TX

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Identify, prioritize, communicate, and resolve application/production
issues for multiple clients, across multiple product offerings 
Work on specific production support projects as assigned by the team
Interface with external clients to identify and resolve application
support and system downtime issues; drive resources within and outside
immediate scope of influence to resolve issues if needed 
Work with the team Lead to develop and standardize support processes 
Analyze client data sources 
Install, configure, troubleshoot client software 
Develop/maintain Perl scripts and SQL 
Execute system and user acceptance testing 
Travel approximately 20-25% 


4 year technical degree required, CS or CE preferred 
3+ years applicable experience in software/technical support 
1+ years specific level-three technical support experience required 
Solid hands-on technical experience with Perl, SQL, Oracle, required 
UNIX and MS system administration level experience required 
Experience with providing application support in a 24x7 environment 
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work load 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Good analytical and problem solving skills 
Ability to quickly understand both business and technical concepts 
Financial services and/or call center/dialer experience highly desired
