[Athens-pm] off-topic ADSL

Hi all,

Sorry, this is a bit off-topic, but probably concerns most of us.

I am applying for an ADSL connection, which consists of the ADSL 
connection itself (25 euro/month) + a subscription with an ISP (Otenet, 
Vivodi, Forthnet). Does anyone know if it is possible to skip the ISP 
and get connectivity with just the ADSL connection? I don't need the 
e-mail, hosting etc, but an IP address would be nice :-)
