[AnnArbor.pm] a2perl.org is temporarily down

There was a disk failure on our server, so we will need to set it up again.

The good news is that we have a relatively fresh backup of the Movable Type
site (and a more recent backup of static files in site), but the bad news is
that I need to stitch it all together.

I'll let you know when I'm done, which might take a few days.
