[AnnArbor.pm] moose attribute handling

i found the modules i was trying to remember last night for handling
arrayrefs/hashrefs and the like more cleanly in moose. turns out they
were deprecated and the functionality moved into core moose in
Moose::Meta::Attribute::Native[1].
