While I do most of my perl on OS X or linux these days, I still find
having perl on my windows desktop at work invaluable.

I have found http://strawberryperl.com/ to be most useful, surpassing
even ActivePerl... While AP has a nice gui package manager, Strawberry
comes with a compiler, so you can build any XS modules you need,
opening up much more of CPAN and making it easier to get module
updates.

What are other folks doing for their perl needs on windows? Cygwin? ActivePerl?
