Holzman, Benjamin A. Benjamin.A.Holzman at bender.com

Our illustrious Dan Moniz (dnm at cadre.org) has begun the arduous process of
creating an actual albany.pm.org website. He's got a somewhat silly front
page (don't forget to View Source), but if anyone has anything they think
should go into the site, now would be a great time to speak up. I think it
would be nice if people could put together a paragraph or two about who they
are, what they do and how they use perl to do it better. I'll start:

Benjamin Holzman is a technical developer for legal publisher Matthew
Bender. He uses perl to build everything from one-line text munging scripts
to 30,000 line object-oriented systems. He's the author of the
XML::Generator module, the (dubious) Tree::RedBlack module and a system, POP
(Perl Object Persistence), for making perl objects persistent in a
relational database. Check his CPAN author directory at
http://www.perl.com/CPAN/authors/id/B/BH/BHOLZMAN for the most up-to-date
versions of these modules. He lives in Delmar, NY with his mildly eccentric
cat, Abby.
