[ABE.pm] for tom: commiting hates against win32 software

Everyone seems to like Spreadsheet::ParseExcel, but I was always wary.  When I
had to deal with Excel, I was using Win32::OLE, which let Excel deal with it
for me.  Oh, Win32::OLE... I love you.

Apparently ParseExcel does some really GENIUS stuff when transcoding.
