Chris,

Quoting "Newsletter 10" which was sent to the announce at yapcna.org <mailto:announce at yapcna.org> mailing list (http://yapcna.org/pipermail/announce_yapcna.org/2016-June/000043.html <http://yapcna.org/pipermail/announce_yapcna.org/2016-June/000043.html>)

2017 Venue Proposals Open!

Would you like to see The Perl Conference in your neck of the woods for 2017? We are currently looking for a site for next year’s conference. Help us spread the word to venues in your area! To assist you, we have put together this RFP document, suitable for forwarding to potential venue providers:

In short, we're not looking for bids. We're looking for venue ideas. If you can get information by July 31, it will be considered.
